Women's Group Meets Online

Focus:  Relationships, Transitions, and Growth

Topics include: toxic, unhealthy relationships, managing trauma and grief, coping skills, strategies, initiating change,  growing a healthier self.

Group 1

Meets two Saturdays per month, 9am-10:30am

$55 per session or $100 if prepaid on 1st of the month 

Group 2

Meets two Wednesdays per month, 7pm-8:30pm

$55 per session or $100 if prepaid on 1st of the month 

Parenting Group Meets Online

Focus: 

Parent Education and Support

Topics include: 

How to manage your child's behaviors.

Improving the bond with your child. 

Adoptive and step parenting, how it's different.

The secret of discipline and consequences.

Strategies for positive change.

Providing trauma-informed care.

How to help your child at school.

This is a small group for parents to discuss their struggles and learn effective skills.

Meets every other Sun in Moorpark, 9:00am-10:30am

$55 per session or $100 if prepaid on 1st of the month
